If you’re as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Policy and Enterprise Risk Management to join our Risk Management organization.Responsibilities:* Collaborate with the partners, risk management policy and others business teams across the firm, while applying a comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of professional standards and policy development and an advanced understanding of Risk Management and the broader firm in the development and implementation of Risk Management policies, including in response to regulatory and KPMG International requirements* Accountable for and act in a leadership capacity for multiple complex and critical processes, programs and projects, the outcome of which have high impact on the Policy Group, Risk Management and/or the broader firm* Apply an understanding of high-level strategic direction of Risk Management and apply it to develop tactical plans for projects and processes; support and monitor execution tactical plans; contribute to group strategic planning* Proactively initiate ideas for significant process improvement/re-engineering within the Policy Group, Risk Management or the broader firm; significantly contribute to innovation that has a high impact a on efficiency and/or enhanced quality* Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment, making decisions of high complexity and impact, relying on limited guidance for the most complex decision-making* Interact regularly with Risk Management leadership and field leaders; establish trust and credibility as a key advisor, motivational figure and Policy Group leaderQualifications:* Minimum ten years of recent experience leading teams in a complex and diverse cross-cultural environment; experience ideally gained in a professional services firm* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university* Must achieve priorities through motivating others and through own contributions to projects; ability to balance multiple projects and understand multiple business functions throughout the firm* Impeccable judgment, the highest standards of integrity and capable of approaching projects with a process mindset and understanding and proactively addressing the perspectives of others* Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization’s goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions* Ensure execution of strategic initiatives for the organization; ability to address emerging opportunities and how organization should be organized/staffed to realize themColorado Salary Statement:The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g.
