is looking for a Controller to help shape the company’s accounting dept., reassess current processes and make necessary improvements, and manage their forecasts and budgets.

The Controller will manage a small team and hold a highly visible role at ISCA.

· Own Month-end close processes; journal entries, consolidation, balance sheet reconciliation and distributing month end management reports.nn nn
· Internal controls, enforce proper authorization and accurate recording of all transactionsnn nn
· Balance sheet and income statement flux variance analysis for internal and external management reportingnn nn
· Manage and supervise all aspects of fixed asset accounting and reportingnn nn
· Monthly trial balance and financial statementsnn nn
· Creating, updating and reconciling all sub-ledgers on a monthly basisnn nn
· Manage employee expense processing and reportingnn nn
· Develop, implement and maintain key policies and proceduresnn nn
· Identify and implement process improvements, systems integrations, etc.

for greater accuracy, financial control, and efficiencynn nn n nn nnQualifications:nn nn
· BA, Accounting or Finance requirednn nn
· CPA (preferred, but not required)nn nn
· 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in Food/Agriculture Industrynn nn
· Leadership/management experience (10+ years)nn nn
· Strong Excel and SAP systems experiencenn nn
· Private Equity and M&A experience a big plusnn
