The Challenge Adobe IT & Reliability Engineering is looking for an exceptional Infrastructure Engineering & Operations leader to lead its Infrastructure Operations function.
This is a critical, highly visible role reporting to the Vice President – Reliability Engineering.
The successful candidate will ensure that Adobe’s critical internal infrastructure & Cloud connectivity meet the required reliability and performance expectations while constantly innovating to address the infrastructure needs of Product Engineering teams.
What you’ll do * Build and lead strong global Infrastructure Engineering and Operations teams which run critical internal services* Manage Adobe’s critical Data Centers & Global network to demanding SLA’s* Drive strong Engineering and Technical Operations* Manage critical interactions with critical IT and Product Engineering Stakeholders* Analyze and find opportunities for innovation to improve velocity of Product Engineering teams* Build and enhance relationships with critical infrastructure and network partners What you’ll need to succeed * 10+ years of demonstrated ability in running large data centers and global networks.
At least half that experience should have been spent in a managerial role.* Experienced in communicating effectively with Senior Executives* Able to lead globally distributed teams in a matrixed environment* Experienced managing large vendor relationships* Strong budget & financial management acuity* Skillful at partnering and influencing product engineering teams* Proficient at attracting and developing outstanding talent* Strong focus on enabling innovation and continuous improvement* Undergraduate/ Graduate degrees in Computer Science/engineering fields is needed
