This is a position for a temporary need for about 4 months for Cryogenics Experts LLC an Acme Cryogenics, Inc.

Cryogenic Experts, LLC (CEXI) in Oxnard, CA manufactures a full line of vaporizers for all types of cryogenic and non-cryogenic specialty fluids.

Cryogenic Experts (CEXI) is an Acme Cryogenics, Inc.

Company, and serves a variety of industries, including Aerospace, Military, Food & Beverage, Electronic, and Medical.

Our equipment includes ambient/air-heated, electrical, water bath, steam, and gas-fired systems.

CEXI was established in 1971 and has been in Oxnard, California since 2003.

SUMMARY
Purchasing Coordinator will provide support to the procurement team by carrying out general administrative duties and placing orders for equipment and materials.

This role involves organizing and storing documents, making purchase orders, updating records, and responding to order issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Research potential vendors Track orders and ensure timely delivery Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) Conduct market research to identify pricing trends Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices Prepare cost analyses Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition General administrative tasks such as filing documentation, answering phone calls, and ability to multi-task with emails SUMMARY

Job Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Work experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or similar role in an office setting Good understanding of supply chain procedures Good understanding of MS Office Solid organizational and communication skills 3+ years of experience LANGUAGE SKILLS :
English (Required)
Bilingual English & Spanish (preferred)
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for extended periods of time
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Strong computer literacy and experience with MS Office
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel toed shoes to meet minimum safety requirements when walking through the manufacturing facility
