Job Requirements:
Maintains billing records using Google sheets Reach out to drivers regarding any pay corrections Provides customers information and documents upon their requests, and in the same business day Processing billing twice per work Reports missing paperwork to dispatch and assists in collection missing paperwork Weekly reporting and relaying the weekly reporting to Director of Operations Completes NRS weekly Run driver Samara reports Provide pay sheet to dispatch by 12pm Wed.

of each week Update adjusted pay rates Review short pay and or overpay, as needed Provide bills to dispatch for review and approval
