ER Level II.

Unit Highlights: Level II Trauma/Stroke/Stemi Center.

Top 10 diagnosis/procedures: Sprains/strains, upper respiratory infections, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, open wounds of exremities (lacerations, etc.), nonspecific chest pain, skin infections, trauma, headache, cardiac/nerologic events.

Common Equipment: IV pumps, cardiac monitors, ETCO2 monitoring.

Titrate Vasoactive Drips
– epi, norepi, dopamine, dobutamine, sedation/ pain meds, cardizem, cardene, etc.
