We?re seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to facilitate key projects and manage and improve operations in the Partnership Group at SimplePractice.

You?ll coordinate and facilitate the operational and administrative needs of the group, directly supporting the Partnership Group Manager.

This role will be responsible for managing all operational aspects to support the Partnership Marketing Group to support successful and timely delivery of campaigns.

You will organize and manage project plans, identify and remove blockers, facilitate effective communications and meetings, and be willing to jump in wherever needed to move things forward.You?ll also identify lightweight operational processes and frameworks that can help support the needs of the group?with a focus on flexibility, adoption, and alignment with our company culture.

You?ll work to support the needs of SimplePractice Partners through offloading workload, and identifying solutions to inefficient and ineffective workflows.Initial Responsibilities+ Oversee partnership campaign creation from start to finish, including project buildout, content management, and ensuring timely delivery to partners.

Including but not limited to: email campaigns, magazine ads, co-sponsored webinars, and display ads+ Coordinate partner onboarding, including project buildout, creating proposal slides, communicating with partners to collect agreement contracts, and platform management, with the opportunity to grow and take on pre-event, day-of, and post-event logistics for monthly webinars+ Facilitate regular check-ins with partners to assess needs, ensure delivery of work, remove blockers, and maintain alignment; including keeping leadership informed+ Assist with identifying, reaching out, and setting meetings with prospective partners+ Coordinate widespread adoption of partnership relationship management tool, Allbound+ Track and report efficacy of each partnership campaign by measuring customer acquisition, open and click-through email rates, and number of impressions+ Assist with external event-related planning and communications+ Propose and implement new lightweight processes that help make the group more efficient+ Handle administrative tasks such as creating monthly partnership newsletter, publishing web pages, creating UTMs and other operational aspects of ensuring projects and campaigns go from ideation to completion+ Identify and track any blockers/dependencies between partners and marketing group and effectively communicate and manage expectations+ Go beyond coordinating campaigns and take the mindset of how to constantly make a partnership initiative better and more effective in driving customer acquisitionDesired Skills & Experience+ 2+ years working in partnership marketing, project management, or sales.+ Working knowledge of the health and wellness industry.

A background working with companies that support healthcare providers is a plus.+ Experience with partnership relationship management tools.

Experience with Allbound is a plus.+ Experience with marketing email automation and eCommerce website platforms.

Experience with Iterable is a plus.+ Strong problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to communicate actionable insights+ Startup Savvy.
