We are looking for an amazing group of people to help us continue creating the best events in the industry. The positions we are currently hiring are: Event Chefs, Events Managers, Line Cooks and Servers. Position Description:Perform various duties as a member of the on-site BOH and FOH teams including setup, production and clean-up of all areas while ensuring that all company standards are maintained. Essential Job Functions:
·        Arrive on site on time, dressed in uniform and ready to work.
·        Follow directions to safely unload trucks and set up work area.
·        Receive work duties from the Event Chef and Event Manager and ask any pertinent questions related to the event or work assignment.
·        Inventories food and equipment needed to produce menu items assigned including presentation platters and vessels.
·        Follow all safe food handling procedures.
·        Works quickly to accomplish assigned tasks then offers help to fellow staff.
·        Keep work area clean and free of debris. 
·        Monitor inventory and keeps Event Chef informed of amounting and usage rates.
·        Break down work area and secures equipment for transportation and packing on truck.
·        Helps with hauling of equipment to the truck for packing and Assists with the packing of the truck using established procedures. 
·        Removes all debris and cleans work area, including sweeping and mopping when needed. Requirements:Ability to execute a dish from start to finish (For BOH)Good handle on professional cooking and knife handling skills (For BOH) Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism, communication and patienceAble to ask for help, and contribute to problem solving Extremely organized and disciplined with ability to multi-task Attendance and punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs Ability to be a self-sufficient problem solver and make sound decisions on-the-fly. Basic ServSafe Certification; Managerial Servsafe is a plus!Lift, push, pull, or carry objects, at least 50llbs; truck loading experience is a plus!!We have competitive pay and are doing sign up bonuses!!We can’t wait to hear from you! Onwards + Upwards
