The Opportunity Looking for experienced Sr.

Financial Analyst to support Storage Product Group.

The role requires developing a strong partnership with the business leaders as well as the financial planning community.

This includes providing guidance on business decisions by analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for new product investment, financial plans and operating status.

Other responsibilities will be participating in financial close, forecast/outlook, variance analysis, annual budget, strategy plan, and special projects.

This is a highly visible role and requires heavy interactions with people at all levels and cross functions.* Partner with BUs, VPs, and cross functional leaders to develop new product investment planning that involves cost modeling and various financial assessments* Partner with project managers in tracking work-in-progress projects status, update financial metrics and identify delta driver for management review, throughout project lifecycle* Support VPs to help them achieve financial targets in dynamic business conditions* Support new product costing, E&O review and standard cost settings process* Support Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, RFQ, and ad-hoc projects* Constantly review current processes and implement improvements for better efficiencies* Provide training and guidance where necessary to the junior team member * BA/BS/MS (Finance) and 3+ years relevant work experience to include:* Excellent communication skills and team work spirit* Advanced Excel modeling skills and Power Point skills* Experience with Oracle / Hyperion / Smart View a plus* Semiconductor industry experience preferred #LI-KB1 The Perks With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an incredible culture.
