Our optical genome mapping and analysis tools help researchers see true genome structure to fill in what’s missing from sequencing-based data.At Bionano, we are invested in the success of our customers and users around the world, and are dedicated to supporting them with the tools, resources and support they need to achieve their goals and make a real impact on improving quality of life for all.The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will join the Operations team under the direction of the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for shipping and receiving activities, inventory management, and some facilities related activities.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Order processing, packaging, and shipping temperature sensitive products (domestic and international)* Receiving of inventory, R&D parts, and RMAs* Inventory control and material management* Ensures adequate levels of product inventories and spare parts are maintained* Deliver and fulfill internal company orders* Coordinate necessary Facilities activities* Assist Production in work order completion, kitting, and final packaging* Coordinate pickups with freight companies including preparing necessary documentation* Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness* Create, revise, and review SOP’s and other quality documents* Manage and maintain quality recordsRequired Skills/Abilities:* Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite* Strong analytical and organization skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills/Abilities:* Experience working in the life sciences industry* Experience with complex life science systems and assays, including automated sample prep systemsEducation and Experience Requirements:* Minimum of a high school diploma, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience* Strong shipping and receiving experience including international and temperature controlled* 2+ years warehouse / inventory related experience required* Experience working with ERP systemsBionano Genomics does not accept resumes submitted by agencies.
