Product Tech Support Associate

Our Product Technical Support Associate is responsible for answering and solving customer inquiries about APEC’s product under the direction of Customer Service Director in order to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
Specific Job Function:
Provide product support regarding to water purification products by phone, email, and online chat systems.
Answer customer inquiries regarding to product support, sales, and order questions.
Provide additional administrative support to the team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations of customer service department.
Requirements:
Fluent in English on Speaking, Reading and Writing.
Enjoy working and helping people over the phone.
Highly skillful with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (compatible email)
Experience in Amazon or online customer support is a plus.
2 years of previous product service experience is a plus.
