The company is looking for one (1) advisor to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.

Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.

The company is based in Columbia and specializes in fabulous coffee. Their coffee offers distinct and flavorful combinations. With the company’s experience in “Wine Country” they use ways to produce their coffee that are similar to that of wine production. This process brings out the complexity, sweetness and florality of the coffee.

The Opportunity:

The company is looking for executives who have experience in scaling a vertically integrated coffee company. The advisor will be making industry connections, giving growth advice and aiding in global scaling.

The company is looking to bring on an advisor ASAP, so please apply with urgency. The compensation will be monetary and any candidate, both local and remote are welcome to apply.

Mission: The company’s mission is to deliver single-varietal, award-winning coffee direct from our farms in Colombia to the consumer. We aim to grow our sales beyond our current farms’ production and acquire neighboring farms, training them to process coffee the way we do. Opening cafes in high-end locations. Delivering award-winning coffee direct to consumers internationally.

Job Requirements:

This will be a remote position that includes quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Looking for a strong background and overall experience in growing and adding expertise to a company.
