Product Specialist – Fiber Optics

This position is with a global supplier of electronics, components and subassemblies. The company is continuing their expansion into new fiber optics verticals and markets where most of the manufacturing efforts are private label, and you will play a key role in the business.

As a Product Specialist, you will assist in the execution of product strategies, product lifecycles, product offerings, supplier negotiations, new product launches, datasheets, web content, and even pricing for all optical products lines (passive and active components), optical networks, fiber optics cable assemblies, etc.

For this role we are looking for an Engineering degree with specific experience in, and understanding of the technical landscape, specific technology, and product trends related to fiber optics. We are looking for someone who has had commercial success with existing business and new product introduction.

The company is expanding rapidly. This is an extremely visible role and you will be noticed.

Note: This role can be remote for now though our plan is to have you onsite 1-2 times per week.
