Physical Therapist in the Fresno area to

provide assessment and treatment of impairments,

functional limitation, and/or disabilities

to patients in their homes.  

 

Requirements include:

·  1 – 2 years Physical Therapist experience required, Home Health experience a plus!
·  Current California Physical Therapist License.
·  CPR (BLS for Healthcare Providers) Certification.
·  Current TB and Physical (within 1 year) also required.
·  COVID vaccination or weekly testing
