Job Description
Handling a large volume of calls from healthcare patients, typing, taking payments via phone, and escalating calls to supervisors if necessary. Educating customers and resolving issues related to insurance, establishing reasonable payment plans.
Compensation
This is a full-time position that offers an hourly wage as well as a production-based monthly bonus. The average monthly gross earnings of our top employees in this position is $5,776.74.
