Industrial Engineer

Pay: $85,000 – $100,000 Annually – Depending on Experience. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus, payable after successful completion of probation period.

Ventura, CA

Valex is looking for an Industrial Engineer experienced with lean manufacturing concepts who will devise efficient production systems and work instructions that integrate operators, machines, materials, information, and energy.

Requirements
  • B.S. Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical) and two (2) years of related experience
    • or will have some applicable college coursework and four (4) or more years of directly related experienced.
  • Proven experience in creating/writing efficient and effective work instructions for processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma concepts
  • Strong math and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Position may require foreign and domestic travel on occasion, so you must be willing and able to travel when necessary.
