POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the acute care setting. Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice, and promoting cooperation among the health care team. Assist the department director in meeting the department goals. In conjunction with the Director, the Manager shall meet personal accountabilities as defined in the Tenet Target 100 standards of Service, People, Quality, Growth and Cost. Assumes the role of Director when Director is absent from facility when directed to do so and will have supervisory responsibilities related to staff selection, terminations, performance evaluations, quality improvement and progressive discipline.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:

Graduate school of nursing. (2) Basic computer skills.

BSN.
Preferred:
-
Two-years recent acute care RN experience in critical care.

Pay Range: $51.18 – $81.91
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications and experience.
